Here, we present a unique Eco Wellness project in a 1,730 sq ft apartment, with garden, located in Hong Kong. This home is Asia’s first private family residence that promotes well-being and sustainable lifestyles. We have designed this home to support a healthy and sustainable lifestyle as well as a creating a happy, connected home.
Our integration of natural elements and greenery throughout the space harnesses the power of biophilia to reduce stress, enhance cognitive function, and improve overall employee well-being.
Healthy & Sustainable Features
Through pioneering design and cutting edge smart home technology, we’ve implemented many of our healthy and sustainable living features. In this home, these are: Energy, Breathe, Zero Waste, Healthy Eating, Sleep & Circadian Lighting, Work, Water, Connect, Play, Relax and Recharge. International green and healthy building standards inform these features. These standards include recommendations for purified air and water, lighting that mimics the sun, and other wellness goals that enhance healthy lifestyle choices, such as plant-based diets. This property perfectly demonstrates that by following Liquid Interiors’ core philosophy, we create homes designed to be beautiful, healthy, and sustainable.
