The Kennedy Park project was a flat for a young couple with plans for kids in the future. They would be modern parents working in the tech industry who often work at home.
Our integration of natural elements and greenery throughout the space harnesses the power of biophilia to reduce stress, enhance cognitive function, and improve overall employee well-being.
Healthy & Sustainable Features
It was important to create a home workspace that was comfortable and had superior air quality. We discretely installed top of the line Swiss brand air purification hidden within the ceiling and cabinets of the study and bedroom. The theme followed a cool winter color palate that travels from room to room. Amber night lights were installed under the bedroom cabinets to allow a relaxing experience before going to bed, enhancing sleep quality. The lights can also be used for midnight bathroom breaks without disrupting sleep. Interior decor and styling were not a requirement for this project.
