Concept

Fashionable, modern, and sustainable, this Bali Industrial inspired haven in Causeway Bay is an eclectic mix of New York’s robust lifestyle and Bali’s relaxing ambiance. As a home for a designer originally from Indonesia and who studied in New York, the home reflects a unique style mixed with locally sourced materials that beautifully captures the best of both places. All throughout, the space is beautifully designed with a unique sense of fabric and texture that can be found in unexpected places, specially pieced together with locally sourced rattan materials from Bali. To open up the space and bring industrial features, windows and light fixtures were installed.

Our integration of natural elements and greenery throughout the space harnesses the power of biophilia to reduce stress, enhance cognitive function, and improve overall employee well-being.

Healthy & Sustainable Features

To maintain the sanctuary of the New York Inspired loft, we installed a professional grade hidden air purification system that not only purifies indoor air but also purifies and conditions incoming polluted air from outside. In a busy Causeway Bay where good quality air is hard to achieve, the air purification system safeguards the health and wellness of the resident. In the bedroom, organic latex and hypoallergenic materials with an Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certification are used to ensure good sleep quality. An Oeko-Tex certified material means that the fabric has been tested and is proven to be free from more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health. The home is also replete with natural and sustainable materials - from repurposed wood dining table, to hand woven rattan pendants, to Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) hand crafted wood.
