We designed to capture a taste for culture in a way that was masculine, minimal, and modern in this 1,000 Sq ft apartment owned by a well-traveled Middle Eastern/British businessman.
Our integration of natural elements and greenery throughout the space harnesses the power of biophilia to reduce stress, enhance cognitive function, and improve overall employee well-being.
Healthy & Sustainable Features
The owners love for textures, color, and ornament are expressed minimally in the tile selections in the bathrooms. A contrast of modern concrete tiles and highly patterned Moroccan tiles on feature walls and in small niches were mixed with rich wood basins for added warmth. Healthy and sustainable features include natural ventilation with crosswind design.
